This foundation was created to help Cancer patients who have no support. We provide Cancer coaching, free of charge, to Cancer patients who don't have anyone to help or guide them from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. We also provide meals to cancer patients who are in need of nutritional support, at no cost. These efforts are funded by the Charlene Von Hoffmann Cancer Foundation through the book, "The Journey Home A True Story about Love, Life, Illness, Passage and Healing".

Shirleen Von Hoffmann, business woman and author of The Journey Home - a True Story of Life, Love, Illness, Passage and Healing, provides her expertise as a Cancer Coach to those in need free of charge. Her knowledge, years of hands on experience and tenacious spirit makes her a true asset in your corner as you go through your Journey.
Meals
Charlene Von Hoffmann was an extraordinary human being who was always full of energy and cared deeply for her fellow man kind. She always took time to cook for, care after, listen to and be involved in the lives of her friends, neighbors, clients, family and even strangers. She was an example of God’s work, a woman like no other and unfortunately was taken from us too soon.
